The following sections are applicable to all customers
You acknowledge that you understand the premium and fee agreement below and that you will comply with the CoverWallet Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that you understand, agree and consent to the Service Fee, as separate from the premium and commission that CoverWallet may receive. You acknowledge that the products and issues involved in understanding, evaluating, purchasing, and managing your policies are complex and involve advice specific to your needs.
You specifically agree that you have been provided a clear explanation of the Service Fee to be charged and the nature of the service provided.
You are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product in exchange for receiving these services. You may have already received some or all of these services and will be charged upon binding and upon renewal. Once paid, this Service Fee is not refundable.
The following section is only applicable if you choose to pay with a credit/debit card
You certify that you are an authorized user for the chosen credit/debit card account. You authorize the charge to your credit/debit card for the amount shown above and agree to pay the total amount according to the card issuer agreement.
The following section is only applicable if you choose to pay with a bank account.
You authorize CoverWallet to collect your downpayment, and you authorize all future installments to be collected by Honor Capital.
By submitting payment information for an accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”) through our Services, you authorize us to charge you these agreed upon amounts as well as any applicable taxes to your Payment Method. You will not be entitled to any refund of charges, fees, or taxes except as expressly provided herein, or as required under applicable law.
You may choose a credit or debit card or a deduction from your bank account as a Payment Method to pay for charges, fees, and taxes in connection with our Services. Should you choose to do so, you warrant that you have signature authority to this account and are authorized to use such credit or debit card for this purpose.
Should you use a credit or debit card or banking account without authorization, in whole or in part, you will remain responsible for any outstanding balance, and we may alert the appropriate authorities of your misuse.
The submission process uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to virtually eliminate the possibility of unauthorized access to your private information while it is transferred across the Internet. However, by submitting this information electronically you are acknowledging that CoverWallet assumes no liability for data submitted via this Internet platform.
You understand that you will be charged today for the down payment amount and in future intervals per your selected installment plan. You authorize these charges to your preferred method of payment for the amount shown. You may choose to pay monthly or annually. By choosing to pay monthly and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you each month at the monthly rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with our Services, such as taxes and fees, to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include differing amounts due to changing or adding products or services, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the date of your first payment. In the event your first payment occurred on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate.
As used in these Terms of Use, “billing” shall indicate a charge, debit or other payment clearance, as applicable, against your Payment Method. Unless otherwise stated differently, month or monthly refers to your billing cycle. . If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not call to edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account prior to your next payment due, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, including any additional fees, and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
You may cancel your policy at any time by calling our customer support (646)-844-9933. If you cancel your policy, we will stop your future monthly payments subject to any outstanding indebtedness.
You understand that this authorization will remain in effect, including for any renewal terms, until you change it in your MyCoverWallet account. You agree to notify CoverWallet in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. You acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to your account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. You agree not to dispute these scheduled payments with your bank or credit card provider so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this authorization.
The following section is only applicable if you choose an installment plan Honor Capital Premium Finance Terms and Conditions You have read the Honor Capital/ETI Premium Finance Agreement, and agree to comply with their Terms and Conditions:
You acknowledge that you have read the Premium Finance Agreement (the “Agreement”) and and agree to comply with, and be bound by, all of the terms and conditions therein. In the event that the insurance policy to which the Agreement finances is renewed (the “Renewal Policy”), you acknowledge and agree that all terms and conditions of the Agreement (with the exception of any applicable changes in the amount premium to be financed and/or the monthly installment payments) shall be applicable to any renewal premium financing arrangement entered into between you and us with respect to the Renewal Policy (a “Renewal Financing Arrangement”) and that you agree to be bound by such terms and conditions. You consent to having your electronic signature affixed to any premium financing agreement pertaining to a Renewal Financing Arrangement. You further agree that any automatic payment authorization given by you in connection with the Agreement shall continue to be in effect with respect to any Renewal Financing Arrangement, unless otherwise modified or revoked by you via written notice to us.
You have read the Honor Capital/ETI Finance Automatic Debit Authorization Terms and Conditions and are electronically signing the authorization as my agreement to comply with its terms and conditions:
You hereby authorize HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE to initiate electronic debit entries to the account indicated on this form from the financial institution identified below (BANK). This authority pertains to all financial obligations existing from time to time under the Premium Finance Agreement (PFA) you enter into with HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE, including but not limited to scheduled payments and the cash down payment described in the PFA (or) revised payment amounts resulting from revisions to the PFA or otherwise, and applicable fees and charges. The debits for scheduled payments will be in accordance with the schedule of payments disclosed in the PFA, with a debit occurring on the First Payment Due Date and with an additional debit being made the same day of the month due (or per the PFA schedule of payments if different) thereafter, until all scheduled payments under the PFA have been made. If the payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday, HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE will debit the account on the next business day. You understand that funds must be available in the account on the date the debit is made. You understand and agree that each time BANK rejects a debit entry for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or Account Closed, my account with HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE will be assessed with the maximum NSF fee permitted by law, not to exceed $50. You also understand and agree that this authorization is to remain in force until HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE receives from me a signed written notice of revocation, sent to HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE in such time and manner as to afford HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE a reasonable opportunity to act on it. You further understand and agree that in the event the insurance policy to which the PFA finances is renewed (the “Renewal Policy”) this authorization shall extend to, and continue to remain in force with respect with, any renewal premium financing arrangement entered into between me and HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE with respect to the Renewal Policy (a “Renewal PFA”). This authorization shall also pertain to all financial obligations existing from time to time under any Renewal PFA you enter into with HONOR CAPITAL/ETI FINANCE, including but not limited to scheduled payments and the cash down payment described in the Renewal PFA (or) revised payment amounts resulting from revisions to the Renewal PFA or otherwise, and applicable fees and charges. The debits for scheduled payments will be in accordance with the schedule of payments disclosed in the Renewal PFA, with a debit of the cash down payment described in the Renewal PFA on the effective date of the Renewal Policy, with subsequent debits occurring on the First Payment Due Date and additional debits being made the same day of the month due (or per the PFA schedule of payments if different) thereafter, until all scheduled payments under the Renewal PFA have been made.
